I’m MJ, and I teach yoga and meditation for real people—especially those who think they’re too old, too stiff, or too busy to start.

You will need:

A yoga sticky mat

Two yoga blocks

A yoga strap or long scarf or tie

A thick blanket or pillow

A clean and quiet space where you're able to stretch your arms and legs to the front, back and sides of you without hitting anything
