This five-session, live, online course is designed especially for people over 50 who want to start safely, slowly, and with plenty of support.

You’ll learn how to move, breathe, and relax in ways that help you feel better in your body and calmer in your mind—no pretzel poses required.

Here’s What We’ll Explore Together in Yoga for True Beginners:

Session 1: 5 Poses That Move the Spine: We’ll explore simple poses that help your spine bend, twist, and stretch in all the ways it’s meant to.

🌿 Session 2: 5 Standing Poses to Strengthen Feet and Legs: We’ll plant your feet, find your balance, and build strength from the ground up and rediscover the power and stability already waiting in your legs.

💪 Session 3: 5 Poses That Build Strength and Flexibility: We’ll sneak in a little muscle work and gentle stretching—the kind that helps you move more easily in everyday life.

🧘‍♀️ Session 4: 5 Poses for Balance and Stability: We’ll work on balance in a way that’s kind, safe, and (believe it or not) fun. Each pose helps train your body and brain to move with a little more confidence and a lot less fear of tipping over.

😌 Session 5: 4 Poses of Relaxation: This is where you exhale. Learn a few simple ways to let your body completely relax and your mind take a mini-vacation. It’s the perfect way to wrap up your five-week journey—rested, refreshed, and feeling more at home in your body.

MEDITATION MADE EASY...for Beginners & Skeptics

Think you can’t meditate? Perfect.


That just means you’re exactly who this is for.
Join me for Meditation Made Easy for Beginners and Skeptics—five LIVE online sessions where you’ll sample five short styles (10 minutes or less!) and finally find one that fits. Even a few minutes a day can keep your brain strong, sharp, and youthful.


Registration begins November 24, 2025 Start your meditation habit—without sitting still for an hour.

There's nothing for you to study or prepare, just be present to the experience. The sessions will be short and sweet. As one of my teachers told me, “Just show up and shut up.” I’ll guide you through the meditations and suggest ways to set you up for success. I’ll stay on after our session if you want to talk, share, question or query.

Week #1: All You Need is Breath. This is where you’ll focus on, you guessed it, your breath. Your breath is like an anchor to the present and you get to pay attention to it. The secret of life is right under your nose!

Week #2: All You Need is Your Body. This is where you’ll focus on, you guessed it again, your body. You’ll be scanning, sensing and noticing from head to toe. It’s like going on a magical mystery tour of yourself.

Week #3: All You Need is Sound. You’ll be picking up good vibrations and frequencies and noticing all the sounds that surround you. We’ll explore and surf on sounds surrounding you and some relaxing music to change your brainwaves.

Week #4: All You Need is Light. This is a candle gazing meditation. Fire is hypnotic and there’s been a deep-seated comfort and fascination with it. We’ll have a safety lesson prior to this meditation and how to use a LED candle which works just as well. Feel free to bask in the glow.

Week #5: You Have All You Need. This is when we review on the past few weeks. Have any of the techniques made you more curious? More calm? Less anxious? Is your mind quieter? All answers are correct. We’ll explore one final surprise meditation.
